What can more representative of summer than flip flops? We have many of them and also even a decorative wall hanging.
Feeling Groovy with some of our donations. The tie-dye fold out bed went immediately.
We get a variety of nice jewelry. We guessed that these are real pearls.
It took a while but we decided these were foot warmers. I can imagine how ridiculous one might feel when they stand from the couch and trip face first because both feet are bound in this thing.
Someone donated dried starfish. They weren’t completely preserved and had were a bit smelly but someone took them away.
It wouldn’t be the Green Center without a walk down memory lane. We got an vintage ice crusher and bottle capper. Back then everything was made out of metal.
One recurrent theme for the Green Center is a variety of “Hello Kitty” products. I make a point of showing them to our volunteer, Kitty Waitt.
