I forgot to bring in the bird feeders one night. In the night a bear decided to take them down.

The Birds, Bees and Bears
I am enjoying sitting on the deck watching the bees visit the last blossoms before the killing frosts. Bluebirds have returned for one last time to my feeders. However bird feeders are attractive to a larger animal.
A Black Bear Visitor
Fall has arrived and the bears are preparing for hibernation. I had this black bear visit me today to check out my bird feeder. He (or she) showed NO FEAR of this puny human.
