Birdhouses for Spring
This winter I built several birdhouses. Spring is coming and I noticed a Carolina Wren spotting out locations for a nest. Today seemed like a good day to put them out.
Disaster in Texas
My sister’s home in Houston, TX is among the many with water damage caused by the deep freeze and power outage. However community help was available.
Remembering Fred Swedberg
Fred Swedberg lost his battle with cancer on January 5, 2021. I had the pleasure of playing music with him at several of our local jams. He was an accomplished singer, story teller and grower of heirloom tomatoes. Condolences to his family and friends.
