Cool rainy start to the day. I was the lone student during our Tai Chi practice so David took me further in the long form which I believe has 107 moves. It is going to be a challenge to learn this, they are very subtle moves with a lot of weight shifting. Followed this with the Yoga class at Willow Tree Studios. That class actually incorporates a lot more than Yoga. We do core exercises, weights and balance. Karen Sorel is a great instructor. Check out the Willow Tree website for the schedule.
Ginny and I had a nice lunch at the Waterhouse Restaurant in Peterborough. The weather broke in the afternoon and the sun came out, I set up a new hanger for the suet to replace the one the bear destroyed, However I will not be putting out suet or black oil seed until the bears hibernate. Finally history was made when Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts. His response to the sentence was to hurl insults at the Judge who will determine his sentencing. Not the brightest felon is he?
