Just David and I doing Tai Chi on the Temple Green this morning. David is teaching us a long form of the sequence and hopefully I have the neuroplasiticity to learn the steps. Yesterday I received an emailed achievement award from Silver Sneakers, the gym membership benefit that pays for my Yoga and Hip Hop lessons. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to pose with Karen Soler and Carl Toko at the Studio. My “achievement” is attending the class but I guess showing up is a big part of any endeavor. The instructor, class and studio are a great addition to our town. Check out their website for more info.
After dinner I took some cuttings from my existing Stonecrop with the intention of getting more plants. I was doing this on the front deck. What I forgot to do is have my camera with me. Just as I was doing this I spotted a juvenile bald eagle circle overhead. Thus the photo of Stonecrop cuttings instead of a soaring eagle. Sigh,
