Monday – #Window
Peabody Essex Museum
Doors and windows have been subjects for many of my photographs since I was a teenager. I had to make a choice which one would be the most appropriate. Here are a few choices. The first are the impressive windows in the East India Marine Hall at the Peabody Essex Museum.
Barn Window
A barn in Jaffrey New Hampshire did not have windows as elegant as the museum. They did provide a nice nesting area for spiders.
Look Squirrel
I believe the squirrels enjoyed tormenting the cat from behind the glass.
Tuesday – #Plenty
There are plenty of dried mealworms to go around. I buy them in ten pound bags, Expensive but the bluebirds and this Carolina Wren love them,
Wednesday – #Soft
A young girl with a soft Angora Rabbit on a chilly day at the New Ipswich (NH) Autumn Festival.
Thursday – #Yellow
There are lots of yellow flowers, here are a few.
Friday – #Fine
Fine Art, a lidded cup and lobed tray with phoenixes and peonies, Qianlong period 1736-1739.On display at the “Empresses of China’s Forbidden City” at Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA. Photo taken December 30, 2018.
Saturday – #Spots
More flowers but with spots.
Saturday – #Parallel
In 1972 after I was discharged from the service in California, I drove across the country with my girlfriend (now wife). I encountered this sign somewhere in the middle. However with analog photos and no GPS I really have no idea where this was taken.
