I’ve seen a trending topic on facebook as a response to the anxiety caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic. The challenge for readers is to post photos such as landscapes and other peaceful images as a way to calm the mind.

I started to browse through my own collection of photos during our time of isolation.  My goal is to choose images that “speak” to me. The images that I’m sharing in this posting were taken on August 4, 2015. It was nice summer day and the sun was just going down. This is the famed Golden Hour, with soft warm light.

I took these photos on Witt Road in Jaffrey , NH. It is one of my favorite photo locations. It is a dirt road that runs along Sawyer Dairy Farm. You can watch the sun set near Mount Monadnock. I liked the yellow cast on the trees. I didn’t see a single soul when I was there.
