The Beaver Brook Association was founded in 1964 by Hollis P. Nichols and Jeffery P. Smith with just 18 acres of land to promote a sense of appreciation for the natural world.

The association owns and protects over 2000 acres of forest, fields and wetlands in Hollis, Milford and Brookline, NH, There are 35 miles of trails accessible to hikers, bicyclists and horseback riders.

The weather on Sunday was wonderful and I decided to go for a hike on trails to capture a few photos.

The Beaver Brook Association held its 38th Annual Fall Festival on the day I was hiking. I visited the art exhibits and watched a presentation on owls called “Eyes on Owls”

Before i left I caught a bit of Robie Bones, the featured entertainment for the Festival. It was a unique act.
